Certified Nutritionist New York City
My Story

Most women don’t need another diet.
They need someone who finally understands what’s really happening inside their bodies — and their minds.
I’m Julia Berdichevskaya, the founder of Juliette Method — a gentle, science-based approach that helps women restore harmony with food, hormones, and themselves.
I don’t teach rules.
I teach women to reconnect with their own wisdom — to eat, move, and live in a way that feels natural, feminine, and free.
No guilt. No restriction.
Just clarity, structure, and self-trust.
My Story
I was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, where I learned that food is love, connection, and healing.
Later, in New York City, I combined that heritage with modern science — transforming my passion into a method that helps women rebuild balance from the inside out.
I’ve walked the same path as many of my clients — chasing perfection, burning out, and losing connection with myself.
That journey became the foundation of my work: helping women return home to their bodies with compassion, knowledge, and grace.
My Philosophy
I believe a woman’s body is not a problem to be fixed — it’s an intelligent system that’s simply asking for understanding.
When you nourish it correctly, it responds with energy, beauty, and peace.
That’s what Juliette Method is about — combining nutritional science, psychology, and feminine energy to create deep, lasting transformation.
I don’t offer quick fixes.
I offer freedom.
My Education & Expertise
I hold multiple international certifications that merge nutrition, psychology, and behavior change:
-
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York (2019)
-
Food & Nutrition, Stanford University School of Medicine (2020)
-
Emotional Eating Psychology, Institute of Integrative Nutrition (2021)
-
Holistic Health & Wellness, Institute of Nutrition, MHP (2022)
-
Sports Nutrition Coach, National Academy of Sports Nutrition (2024)
-
Precision Nutrition Level 1: Nutrition & Coaching (2024)
-
Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Master Coach (2025)
Each certification deepened my belief that women need both science and softness — structure and empathy — to create real, sustainable change.
How I Help Women
Through my personalized programs and one-on-one coaching, I help women:
-
Balance hormones and stabilize weight naturally
-
Heal digestion and reduce inflammation
-
Break the cycle of emotional eating
-
Rebuild metabolism and energy
-
Feel confident, calm, and connected to their feminine strength
My clients don’t just lose weight — they gain peace, energy, and a new relationship with themselves.
Beyond Nutrition
I’m also the founder of the UKIDS Foundation, supporting Ukrainian children and mothers through education and wellness initiatives.
And as the author of “The Happy Food Adventure”, a children’s book series about healthy eating and kindness, I teach the next generation to see food as joy, not control.
My Mission
To make wellness beautiful, intelligent, and sustainable.
To replace control with connection.
To help women feel powerful — not by pushing harder, but by listening deeper.
Because when you heal your relationship with food,
you don’t just change your body — you change your life.
